StandOut Hunting IQ is provided during a private beta on an "as is" basis. Features, scoring and limits may change or break without notice, and analyses may be unavailable while providers are down.
Your account
Keep your credentials secure and use accurate property information you have the right to use. One account per hunter. You may delete your account at any time from Account settings.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload content you do not own or have permission to use.
- Do not use StandOut Hunting IQ to trespass, poach, or plan illegal hunting activity.
- Do not scrape, resell, or automate bulk access to analyses or AI features.
- Fair-use AI limits apply; excessive automated requests may be throttled.
No guarantees, hunter responsibility
StandOut Hunting IQ output is planning guidance, not survey data, legal advice, or a guarantee of hunting success. You alone are responsible for property boundaries, permissions, licenses, seasons, tree-stand safety and safe shooting decisions. See Safety & accuracy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StandOut Hunting IQ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost hunting opportunity, property damage, injury, or fines resulting from use of the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant StandOut Hunting IQ permission to process your content solely to operate the app and produce your analyses.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. You can stop using StandOut Hunting IQ and delete your data at any time.
Privacy
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
